I’m very disappointed in the customer service regarding my lost package - I was worried this company might be scam because I never heard of it before and I guess I got my answer- using this obscure shipping carrier that doesn’t take delivery photos for me to confirm that it wasn’t delivered at my home- also the delivery shows it was delivered in a different city than the one I put for my delivery and the fith team said it’s my problem what a scam of a “brand”

I love the style of these zip ups but the quality is so thin and unflattering, it’s very disappointing. The zippers feel cheap as well. Customer service also sucks, site advertises free shipping over $100 but they wouldn’t honor it cause of another promo being applied. I don’t foresee this zip up lasting long sadly
